Fri 31 Mar

Join your guide for a tour of the historical city. From the brightly coloured facades of Nyhavn, we see the winter royal residence Amelienborg Castle and visit Christiansborg Palace, home of the Danish Parliament. We finish the tour with lunch in a local restaurant within the tower of Christiansborg before a free afternoon. Evening performance at the Royal Theatre.

Sat 1 Apr

This morning we take a tour introducing Danish food and the stratospheric rise in popularity of Nordic cuisine. Walking around the market halls, we will have the chance to sample different types of Danish food while learning about the history of Copenhagen and its food culture.
