All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. We provide full financial protection for our non-flight inclusive package holidays, by way of a bond held by ABTA The Travel Association. It is a condition of these Booking Conditions and your contract with us that you have comprehensive travel insurance cover.

Citybond Suretravel can provide a comprehensive range of travel insurance offering high levels of cover for medical emergency, repatriation, personal baggage, cancellation and much more. They are able to provide single trip policies with no upper age limit, annual multi trip policies up to age 85, long stay policies for trips up to 12 months and gap year policies for trips up to 18 months. All their policies offer the option to include existing medical conditions as well as, automatic cover for participation in over 100 sports and activities.

Safety and Security
We take the safety & security of every client very seriously. In the event that your holiday may be adversely affected by something outside our control, we always endeavour to advise you and take action to minimise any disruption to your holiday.
Specialised Travel Ltd has rigorous safety checks in place as parts of its Safety Management System approved by independent advisors, Argent Health and Safety, and undertakes detailed risk assessments of accommodation, transportation, visits and excursions.
